AML SERVICE
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the
Trust Wallet Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Wallet Screening Service ("Service"). By accessing or using
the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use
the Service.
2. Service Description
The Service enables users to screen cryptocurrency wallet
addresses for potential AML risks, including association with illicit activities, sanctions, fraud,
or suspicious transactions. The Service uses public sources, proprietary databases, and advanced
risk assessment algorithms. It is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal,
financial, or investment advice.
3. User Eligibility and Obligations
• You must be at least 18 and legally able
to enter into this Agreement.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and
regulations.
• You are responsible for decisions based on Service results.
• You may not use
the Service for illegal purposes including money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctions
evasion.
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract system data.
4. Data Privacy and Security
Trust Wallet does not store or share wallet
addresses except when required to operate the Service or comply with law. Data is processed
anonymously and secured with industry‑standard protections.
5. Screening Results and Limitations
Risk results are based on available data.
Trust Wallet does not guarantee accuracy or completeness and may not detect all risks. Do not rely
solely on the Service for compliance decisions.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
of any kind, including accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access.
7. Limitation of Liability
Trust Wallet is not liable for direct or indirect
damages resulting from use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed any amount paid by you
for the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, and content are owned by
Trust Wallet. You receive a limited license to use the Service under this Agreement.
9. Modifications
Trust Wallet may modify or discontinue the Service at any time
and may update these Terms. Continued use indicates acceptance.
10. Termination
Trust Wallet may suspend or terminate access at any time without
notice. On termination, all rights granted to you end immediately.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws
of the jurisdiction in which Trust Wallet operates. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or
courts designated by Trust Wallet.
12. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.
13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the entire understanding between you and
Trust Wallet regarding the Service.

Acceptance
